Sessions are priced at just £45 for a full hour.

Or £235 for a block of 6 sessions

These can be face to face in my therapy room based at Clifton Moor in York, online or telephone.  Whichever you feel suits your needs the best.

I typically schedule sessions on a weekly or fortnightly basis and understand that each individual's journey is unique, so we will take the time to discuss and tailor the number of sessions and regularly review to check you are getting what you need from your sessions.

I offer short or long term work again depending on your needs.  Every clients needs are different so I will do regular reviews to check you are getting what you need from your sessions.  I would suggest an initial 6-8 sessions to see how you feel.

I do also offer concessionary rates for students and low income households
